Ericsson plans 4G in Saudi Arabia

Swedish mobile phone & technology provider, Ericsson, has confirmed that it’s currently negotiating with phone operators in the Middle East with the aim of launching a 4G / LTE mobile broadband network.

The region’s communication technology market is one of the fastest growing in the world. The number of mobile phone users in Saudi Arabia increased by 31.6% between 2007 and 2008.
