New 4G Routers from Cradlepoint
TweetCradlePoint Technology is to show off two new 4G routers at CES in Las Vegas. One is a 4G personal hotspot for mobile workers that supports 3G modems, 802.11n Wi-Fi and up to 16 devices – allowing phone users to share their 4G WiMAX connection.
The other will be a home / office version of the 4G router designed to increase 4G coverage inside buildings. Technical specs for the two devices will be similar.
Cradlepoint have also announced a new a wireless broadband adapter , the CBA750. The broadband adapter supports 3 / 4G USB modems and can use existing CAT5 cabling to provide 4G wireless broadband throughout a business.
